Job Description

PERMANENT SUBSTITUTE TEACHER SALARY

$40,000 PLUS

FULL BENEFITS REQUIREMENTS

NYS Teacher Certification Bachelor's Degree Master Degree preferred

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

All substitutes are expected to be prompt and reliable, appropriately dressed, groomed and
Substitutes must follow all school policies and guidelines.
Accurately demonstrates knowledge of the content area and approved curriculum.
Appropriately utilizes a variety of teaching methods and resources for each area taught.
Communicate and obtain feedback from students in a manner that enhances student learning and understanding.
Effectively utilize student assessment techniques and procedures
Displays evidence of planning instructions so the students achieve established competencies.
