Responsibilities Deliver prepared lesson plans and adapt instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners in a preschool setting. Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all students Organize classroom activities that promote active participation, creativity, and critical thinking Support curriculum implementation across subjects such as literacy, math, creative writing Collaborate with school staff to ensure smooth transitions and consistent instructional practices Provide mentorship and encouragement to students, fostering confidence and independence in their learning Maintain clear communication with school administrators and parents regarding student progress and classroom needs Requirements Prior experience working with children in educational, preschool or childcare settings is highly preferred; however, we will train for the right candidate. Loves working with small children. Is a team player Can pass multiple background checks Has Adult/Infant CPR certification or is willing to obtain Has open availability Effective communication skills to engage students, staff, and parents confidently Ability to organize classroom activities that support childhood development and inclusive learning environments Can remain calm in a high energy/fast paced environment

Pay:
