Minimum requirements:
    Substitute Teacher:
    High School Diploma, Must be 18 years old/21 for some locations, and Pass background screens. Perks you'll enjoy with

    Responsibilities:
    • Provide instruction and support to students in various subjects, including math, literacy, and special education.
    • Follow lesson plans and curriculum provided by the regular classroom teacher.
    • Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the individual needs of students, including those with autism or other developmental challenges.
    • Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and student engagement.
    • Monitor student behavior and enforce classroom rules and procedures.
    • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience for students.
    • Provide feedback to the regular classroom teacher regarding student progress and any issues that arise during the day.
    Requirements:
    • High School diploma and experience in education or a related field preferred.
    • Experience working with children in a classroom or tutoring setting.
    • Knowledge of childhood development and effective teaching strategies.
    • Familiarity with special education practices and accommodations for students with diverse learning needs.
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Ability to adapt quickly to different classroom environments and follow established lesson plans.
    • Patience, flexibility, and a passion for working with children.
