Real Life Preschool is looking for a reliable, energetic, and caring Support Staff/Teacher Aide to join our team during the morning hours. This position is perfect for someone who loves children, works well as part of a team, and enjoys helping classrooms run smoothly. Our support staff play an important role in creating a safe, positive, and fun environment for our learners and teachers. Schedule Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM-12:30 PM Additional hours may be available based on school needs and candidate availability. Responsibilities Support classroom teachers throughout the morning Assist with supervision and care of children Help with classroom activities, centers, crafts, and play Assist with transitions, snack, cleanup, and daily routines Step into different classrooms as needed to provide additional support Help maintain clean, organized, and welcoming classrooms Provide positive encouragement and redirection to children Assist teachers with the needs of individual children Help ensure children are supervised and safe at all times Communicate positively and professionally with teachers, staff, and families Assist with other preschool needs as they arise Qualifications Experience working with children preferred, but not required Dependable, punctual, and responsible Energetic and able to stay active throughout the morning Patient, positive, and compassionate Works well with a team and is willing to jump in wherever needed Comfortable working with children from infants through preschool age Must be able to pass required background checks CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain What We Offer Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-12:30 PM schedule Opportunity for additional hours Some paid holidays Supportive and positive team environment Opportunity to grow with a growing preschool program Meaningful work caring for and investing in young children At Real Life Preschool, we believe in "Partnering with Parents" and creating an environment where children are loved, cared for, and encouraged to grow.
