HTF Staffing is seeking dedicated Paraprofessionals and Behavior Technicians (BTs) for full-time school-based opportunities supporting K-5 students.

ASAP Responsibilities Provide 1:1 and/or classroom support to students with behavioral and developmental needs. Support students with ADHD, non-verbal autism, elopement behaviors, and occasional physical aggression such as hitting . Implement behavior support strategies and follow individualized behavior plans. Promote a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment. Assist students with academic, behavioral, social, and daily classroom needs. Communicate and collaborate with teachers, behavior specialists, and school staff. Monitor student behavior and document progress as required. Qualifications Previous experience working with students with behavioral or special education needs preferred. Experience supporting students with autism, ADHD, elopement, or challenging behaviors is highly valued. Paraprofessional or Behavior Technician (BT) experience preferred. Strong patience, communication, and de-escalation skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a school-based team.
