Key Qualifications & Experience:

Previous experience as a Paraprofessional, Instructional Aide, or similar support role in schools is highly valued. Willingness to assist students with toileting/diapering when needed. Comfortable working with Transitional Kindergarten, Kindergarten, or 1st-5th grade students in general education settings. Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with teachers and staff. Ability to complete required paraprofessional training before starting. Must have reliable transportation and be prepared for any commute-related tolls.

Role Responsibilities:

Provide direct classroom support under the guidance of teachers. Assist with individual or small group instruction and classroom management. Help students with daily activities, including personal care as needed. Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for early learners.
