Beverly Hills, California; Onsite Position Summary As a Paraprofessional, you will provide academic, behavioral, and personal support services to students within a school-based setting across various grade levels. This role supports students with IEPs by assisting with classroom instruction, behavior management, daily routines, and personal care needs while collaborating closely with teachers and school staff. Responsibilities include supporting student learning, promoting positive behaviors, and helping students access educational environments safely and successfully. Responsibilities Schedule / Shift Shift details: School-day schedule, Monday-Friday Hours per week: Full time Contract length: School-based assignment Key Duties Support implementation of student IEPs and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Assist with classroom instruction, behavior management, and daily routines Accurately collect and document behavioral and academic data Utilize CPI de-escalation strategies when necessary to support student safety Provide hands-on support including toileting, diapering, feeding, and mobility assistance as needed Engage and support students across multiple school settings including classrooms, playgrounds, and transitions Collaborate with teachers, behavioral teams, and school staff to support student success Participate in trainings, meetings, and additional duties as assigned

Requirements Education Required:

Must meet one of the following: Passing score on the Paraprofessional Exam Completion of at least 48 college credit hours Associate's degree or higher Licenses & Certifications Additional certifications: CPI Certification preferred Skills Comfortable supporting students with toileting, diapering, and personal care needs Strong teamwork, communication, patience, and reliability skills Ability to remain active and engaged throughout the school day Ability to follow structured behavior plans consistently Previous experience in special education or behavioral settings preferred Benefits Per Diem / Temporary (Hourly) Roles Comprehensive benefits that include medical, dental, and vision Company-paid Basic Life/AD&D and Long-Term Disability for employees working 30+ hours/week Paid sick leave may be available based on hours worked and state laws Benefit offerings are subject to legal requirements, eligibility status, and work location Employees 21+ can participate in the 401(k) Savings Plan About Us RCM Healthcare Services works with professionals across schools, healthcare, and community-based settings nationwide.
