The Infant Teacher is responsible for meeting each child's individual needs while supporting their physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for working with infants, patience, strong communication skills, and an understanding of infant development. The teacher will provide responsive caregiving, establish trusting relationships with children and families, and create developmentally appropriate learning experiences through play, exlploration, and daily routines. Responsibilities Provide attentive, nurturing, and responsive care to infants. Maintain a safe, clean, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment. Follow each infant's individual feeding, sleeping, diapering, and care routines. Safely prepare and provide bottles and meals accouring to parent instructions and program policies. Complete diaper changes and maintain proper hygiene and sanitation practices. Plan and provide age-appropriate activities that support infant development. Encourage development through tummy time, sensory exploration, music, movement, books, and interactive play. Observe and document children's developmental progress and individual needs. Support infants as they develop motor, language, social-emotional, and self-help skills. Communicate regularly and professionally with parents regarding their child's daily activities, development, feeding, sleeping, and over well-being. Maintain accurate classroom records and required documentation. Follow all health, safety, licensing, and childcare regulations. Work cooperatively with the Director, teachers, and other staff members. Provide a warm, consistant, and positive environment where every infant feels safe, loved, and secure. Bilingual in
