Expect to work with a diverse caseload, including those who may require targeted behavioral interventions.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

CPI certification or equivalent behavioral intervention training is highly valued Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) are encouraged to apply Demonstrated ability and confidence in supporting students with severe behavioral challenges Compassionate, patient, and team-oriented approach to education Experience working with PreK12 student populations is a plus Strong organizational skills and effective communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver supportive, compassionate 1:1 assistance to students with varying needs Collaborate with educators and support staff in self-contained classrooms Implement behavioral interventions and strategies as needed Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment Adapt approaches to individual student goals and IEPs Help promote social, emotional, and academic growth This contract role offers compensation ranging from $20 to $24 per hour, depending on experience and certification.
