Job Summary Job Summary Instructional Assistant / Heber School Site Under the direction of the Principal, assists a certificated teacher in reinforcing instruction for individual students or small groups in a Transitional Kindergarten classroom or other learning environment. Assists with preparing instructional materials and implementing lesson plans, educational goals, and objectives. Supports students in developing academic, social, behavioral, and self-help skills.
