• 6.5 hours per day) Overview We're hiring Teacher Aides to support K-12 students with disabilities in public and charter schools throughout South Orange County. You'll work directly with students in classrooms 1:1 and in small groups helping them succeed academically, socially, and emotionally. Responsibilities
• Provide individualized support to students with special education needs.
• Assist teachers with classroom management and activities.
• Use positive reinforcement and structured behavior management. Must Have Requirements
• At least 3 months of experience working or volunteering with children
• Strong communication, patience, and positive reinforcement skills.
• Ability to adapt to varying student needs and maintain composure under pressure.
• High school diploma or equivalent (education students encouraged to apply).
• CPR/First Aid certification (provided if needed).
• Must successfully complete and clear a background check and Live Scan fingerprinting.
• Must be 18 years or older Nice to Have
• Students pursuing Education / Child development / Psychology coursework or degrees encouraged to apply
• Experience in after-school programs, summer camps, tutoring, or youth mentoring
