Requirements and Preferred Experience:

Background as a Paraprofessional or in similar educational support roles Experience supporting students with a variety of learning needs Ability to communicate effectively with teachers, students, and families Flexible, positive attitude and a commitment to fostering an inclusive classroom Patience and strong problem-solving skills High school diploma or equivalent required; related coursework or certifications preferred

Key Responsibilities:
