All Grades (Pre-K12) We are seeking dependable, patient, and motivated Paraprofessionals to support students in school-based settings throughout the Yucca Valley and Twentynine Palms areas of California. This is a full-time, district-wide opportunity for individuals who are flexible, comfortable commuting between school sites, and passionate about helping students succeed.

Position Responsibilities:

Provide instructional, behavioral, and personal support to students throughout the school day. Assist students in either 1:1 assignments or classroom-based settings, depending on district needs. Support students with academic activities, classroom routines, and social development. Help implement behavior support strategies and follow individualized student plans as directed by school staff. Assist students with daily living activities and other support needs when required. Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and other support personnel to maintain a safe and positive learning environment.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience working with children, in a school setting, or with students with special needs is preferred. Ability to work full-time during school hours. Willingness to commute between school sites throughout the Yucca Valley and Twentynine Palms areas. Flexibility to work with students across all grade levels and in either 1:1 or classroom assignments. Strong communication skills, patience, and a positive, student-focused attitude.

Additional Details:

Full-time position. District-wide placement based on school and student needs. Specific openings, grade levels, student needs, and assignment details will be discussed during the interview process. Compensation for this position ranges from $16.90 to $35.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
