What Youll Need:

48 college credits or higher, or successful completion of the paraprofessional exam Experience working with children and/or managing behavioral needs is highly preferred Enthusiasm, patience, and commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment Strong communication and collaboration skills

What Youll Do:

Work 32.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, supporting elementary-aged students Provide direct assistance to students, helping with academic and social-emotional activities Support classroom routines, behavior management, and individualized learning plans Foster student engagement, independence, and confidence under teacher supervision Collaborate with educators and specialists to address student needs and adapt strategies for success
