Key Qualifications:

Associates degree, completion of 48 semester units of college coursework, or successful completion of a qualifying local assessment (as required in California) Previous experience working as a paraprofessional or in a school setting with behavioral needs is preferred Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse student populations Team-oriented approach and a flexible, positive attitude

Your Primary Responsibilities:
