Job Description

Looking for a Premium Part-Time Education Role? Challenge Island East Bay - Central is hiring dependable, high-energy STEAM Counselors and Assistant Helpers to join our mobile instructional team immediately. At a highly competitive rate of $30.00 - $40.00 per hour , this role is perfect for instructional aides, child care professionals, and aspiring teachers looking for valuable hands-on experience in creative education. You will work directly alongside our Lead Instructors to manage logistics, distribute project materials, and support young students (ages 5-12) during engineering challenges.

WHAT WE OFFER

Competitive Assistant Pay:

$30.00 - $40.00 / hour High-energy, rewarding, and fun collaborative environment. All curriculum and project supplies 100% provided.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

Must complete a standard Criminal Background Check, fingerprinting, and TB Test clearance. Must be willing to work after-school hours. Must have reliable personal transportation to travel directly to mobile school sites.

HOURS & FLEXIBILITY

This is a part-time position with highly flexible hours. You can choose to work at any location and on the day(s) of your preference!
