Key Qualifications:

Experience as a paraprofessional in school settings, particularly with students who have significant support needs. Familiarity with middle school age groups (6th8th grade). Key Responsibilities:

Provide individualized and group support to assigned students, promoting optimal learning and engagement. Assist in implementing educational programs and behavior management plans as directed by lead teachers and special education staff. Support students with daily routines, academic tasks, mobility, and communication needs. Document progress and observations to ensure effective communication with team members and guardians. Contribute to the creation of an inclusive, safe, and encouraging classroom environment. Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards at all times.
