Qualifications & Experience:

Experience as a paraprofessional, instructional aide, or similar educational support role Comfortable working with high school students in classroom and one-on-one settings Ability to collaborate effectively with special education staff, general educators, and school administrators Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Demonstrated patience, adaptability, and a strong sense of responsibility Flexibility and willingness to follow school policies and procedures

Key Responsibilities:
