Key Qualifications:

Experience as a paraprofessional in school settings preferred Genuine passion for helping students succeed academically, socially, and emotionally Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and other support staff Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient approach to working with children Flexibility to adapt to different classroom environments and age groups

Primary Responsibilities:

Assist teachers in delivering instructional activities and classroom management Provide one-on-one or small group support for students needing additional guidance Support students with special needs, adapting materials and assignments as necessary Help foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment Monitor student progress, behavior, and engagement, reporting observations to teachers Collaborate with school staff to develop strategies that promote learning and personal growth
