REQUIRED
for this position. KindSpire Education is seeking an experienced Behavior Technician (BT) or Paraprofessional to support students in a school-based setting in Rollinsville, CO . This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified school-based professional with experience supporting students with autism, behavioral needs, developmental disabilities, and/or other special education needs . We are looking for someone who can step into a classroom environment, work effectively with students and staff, and provide consistent academic, behavioral, and daily support. Responsibilities Provide direct support to students throughout the school day Assist students with academic, behavioral, social, and functional needs Support students with autism and other developmental disabilities Implement behavioral strategies and interventions as directed by the school team Provide 1:1 and small-group student support Assist with classroom routines, transitions, and daily activities Encourage positive behavior, communication, independence, and social skills Help maintain a structured, safe, and supportive classroom environment Monitor and communicate student progress and behavioral concerns Collaborate with special education teachers, classroom staff, related-service providers, and administrators Follow student IEPs, behavior plans, and school procedures Qualifications Previous school-based experience
REQUIRED
