What You'll Do:

Support classroom instruction and assist in implementing educational activities Provide guidance, encouragement, and one-on-one support to students Help maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive school environment Assist with student supervision during classroom, recreational, and community activities Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other staff to meet student needs

What You Bring:

High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in education or related field preferred) Experience working with students with autism and developmental disabilities a plus Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills A deep commitment to equity, inclusion, and student success Patience, adaptability, and the ability to inspire trust and confidence
