Candidates must be passionate about infants and toddlers and committed to working in the field of early childhood education. The ideal candidate would demonstrate:

intentional teaching practices that are grounded in the Reggio Emilia approach a gentle, warm, creative demeanor a working knowledge of the RIE approach to infant/toddler care an associate/bachelors or master's degree in early childhood education/development or related field (varies depending on position.) enthusiasm for being outdoors in all types of weather Our success is rooted in developing a strong home-school connection with our families. We are seeking individuals with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, because at the heart of a child's success is a well-rounded, trusting relationship. Enthusiasm about nature-based learning, including farm-to-table gardening, is a plus.
