Active Delaware Paraeducator Permit (fully granted; pending permits are not accepted) Previous paraprofessional or instructional support experience preferred Willingness to complete all district-mandated onboarding, including contractor packet with TB test (unless providing virtual support), fingerprinting, and Child Protective Registry Check Ability to pay required $85 CBC fingerprinting fee upfront Commitment to professionalism and confidentiality within school settings For certified

Role Responsibilities:

Collaborate with classroom teachers to implement lesson plans and support student learning Assist individual students or small groups within instructional and behavioral goals Provide classroom management support, helping to create a safe and inclusive environment Monitor student progress as directed and adapt support strategies Participate in team meetings and training as required
