Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

Assist with implementing daily lesson plans and age-appropriate classroom activities. Engage children in activities that encourage creativity, exploration, and learning. Help maintain a safe, clean, organized, and welcoming classroom. Support children's social, emotional, and developmental growth. Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow team members. Communicate professionally and respectfully with parents and colleagues. Assist with documenting children's progress and classroom activities using technology. Provide nurturing care, positive guidance, and encouragement throughout the day. Work collaboratively with your team to maintain consistent classroom routines and expectations. What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED. A genuine passion for working with children. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Dependable, flexible, and able to work as part of a team. Ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Previous childcare experience is a plus, but not required! We're interested in individuals who are passionate about children and eager to grow in the field of early childhood education. Compensation Hourly Pay Range:

$16.00-$18.00 Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional incentives may apply where eligible. Ready to Make a Difference?
