Responsibilities:

Assist in managing the daily classroom schedule in accordance with our curriculum. Maintains an attractive, well-kept classroom that encourages children to create, explore and make decisions with confidence. Assist in keeping a safe, sanitary classroom environment. Maintains overall professional personal appearance adhering to the guidelines in our employee handbook. Assists in other capacities that Director, or designee, determines is necessary. Adhering to all Company, DCF, policies and procedures. Team Player. Must have a love for children and want to make a difference in a child's life. Friendly and Approachable. Working with Teachers and Assistants inside of Classroom.

Requirements:

Position is Monday- Friday , M

• W•TH 8:30AM-5:30PM and T•F 9:00-6:00 (NO

WEEKENDS, 40 HOURS

). Must have Experience in Child Care or Experience in

VPK/PRE-K.

Must complete a Background Screening (Clearinghouse). 45 hour state mandated courses a + but not required for position. 45 HOUR state mandatory courses are required to be completed after 90 days of employment. Mandatory Pre-K/VPK/State of Florida courses a + but not required, must be completed within 90 days of Employment. Pay rate depends on Experience and Education (will be discussed during interview). CPR and First Aid must be completed within 90 days of Employment.
