Job Description

Providence School, an accredited private school in Tequesta, FL, is currently seeking a Teacher Assistant / Paraprofessional. The responsibilities for this role include:

Assisting the lead teacher in the classroom
Supervising students during lunch and recess
Substituting for teachers as needed If you have a passion for working with students in a structured and nurturing environment, and have experience supervising students in an academic setting, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children in a group setting AA degree or certified para-professional desirable but not required 11:30

2:30 or 10:30-2:30 Monday
Thursday with opportunity for additional hours in the future if desired.

Palm Beach County School District Calendar References will be checked and a Level 2 background check required Please provide a cover letter explaining why you are a "good fit" for this position.
