We're seeking a dedicated paraprofessional to work with students in a contract position through the end of the school year. In this rewarding role, you'll work full-time, Monday through Friday, supporting the social and emotional needs of a student in a school environment. The position includes 33.75 paid hours per week, with working hours from 8:15 am to 3:30 pm and an unpaid 30-minute lunch each day.

Qualifications & Experience:

Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in a similar educational support role is preferred. Ability to work with students on a 1:1 basis across K-18 age ranges. Comfortable assisting with potential toileting and diapering needs. Strong understanding of social and emotional behaviors in students. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable, adaptable, and compassionate approach to daily responsibilities. High school diploma or equivalent required; paraprofessional certification preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct 1:1 support to a student, encouraging engagement and participation in classroom activities. Assist with social and emotional development needs throughout the school day. Help with personal care tasks, including toileting or diapering, as needed. Collaborate with teachers and school staff to implement individualized support strategies.
