We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic, imaginative, supportive, and committed to creating positive experiences for every child.

ResponsibilitiesProvide direct supervision and care for children in an EEC-licensed after-school program.
Plan and lead engaging activities including Foster a positive, inclusive environment that promotes friendship, cooperation, kindness, and respect.
Support children's social-emotional growth by modeling positive communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
Build meaningful relationships with children, families, coworkers, and the Hamilton-Wenham community.
Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
Communicate professionally with families and staff.
Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team while demonstrating initiative and flexibility.
Safety & EEC Responsibilities (trainings included)As an educator in our Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) licensed program, staff are expected to: Maintain active supervision of children at all times using appropriate sight and sound supervision.
Follow all Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations, health and safety policies, and program procedures.
Conduct regular attendance counts and ensure accurate child sign-in/sign-out procedures.
Maintain required staff-to-child ratios at all times.
Follow emergency preparedness procedures, including evacuation, lockdown, and emergency response plans.
Recognize and report safety concerns immediately.
Serve as a mandated reporter in accordance with Massachusetts law.
Promote safe indoor and outdoor play while ensuring proper use of equipment and materials.
