You will work 32.5 hours a week, Monday through Friday, collaborating with teachers and staff to provide tailored support for students in a behavioral setting. Qualifications:

Previous experience working with children in a behavioral setting (required) Availability to start promptly and commit through June 2027 Strong communication skills and adaptability to work with a wide age range (K-12) Collaborative attitude and ability to follow direction from educational staff

Responsibilities:

Provide direct classroom support for students, particularly those with behavioral needs Assist lead teachers in implementing individualized educational and behavioral plans Encourage positive social skills and reinforce classroom expectations Maintain accurate records of student progress as directed Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and nurturing school environment This rewarding contract role offers highly competitive compensation, with weekly pay between $26 and $32 per hour.
