POSITION

Administrative Assistant•School Year; School Based Special Education Marshfield High School School Year (35 hours per week)

STARTING DATE

September 21, 2026

SALARY:

Clerical Personnel Salary Schedule

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP OR LINE OF AUTHORITY

Reports directly to Special Education Department Head and Building Principal

QUALIFICATIONS

High school graduate; Associates or Bachelors preferred. Office and computer experience required, including familiarity with Windows, Excel, Google Calendar, and other basic Google Applications (student management System-Aspen program preferred). Typing, filing, telephone, and organizational skills required. Strong oral and written communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience in school system preferred. Ability to maintain confidentiality and to relate well with high school students, parents and staff. Marshfield Public Schools will not be accepting hard copies of resumes and/or applications.
