9687971-01756 Job Description Make an immediate impact by working directly with high school students in a fully onsite, school-based contract role. This short-term opportunity is perfect for paraprofessionals passionate about student success and eager to provide meaningful support during the school day. This position begins as soon as possible and is scheduled for approximately one month, with potential for extension based on assignment performance and ongoing need. You'll work three days a weekTuesday, Thursday, and Fridayfocusing on one high school student, including accompanying them to and from the Excel program at Bridgewater State. As part of a collaborative support team, you'll have the chance to form strong, positive relationships while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic educational setting.

Qualifications:

Paraprofessional experience preferred Completion of any district-required clearances and requirements (to be provided) Previous school-based experience favored Experience supporting high school students is a plus What youll do: Provide one-on-one assistance and encouragement to a high school student during daily activities Accompany the student to and from the Excel program at Bridgewater State each assigned day Collaborate with an onsite school-based support team to ensure coordinated care and progress Maintain a safe, supportive environment in accordance with school expectations Communicate student progress to relevant staff and support systems
