Mother's Hours Part-Time Early Childhood Teacher Work with children. Be home for yours. Looking for a meaningful part-time job that actually works with your family's schedule? StoryHeights Montessori is looking for warm, dependable, energetic people to join our teaching teams in Norfolk, Plainville, and Wrentham for Mother's Hours positions to help cover lunch breaks from 10am-2pm during the 2026-2027 school year. These positions are designed for parents and others who want to work part-time during the school day and still have the flexibility to be available for their own families in the afternoons. We can teach Montessori. We're looking first for exceptional people who genuinely love children and fit our culture. Basic Requirements 18+ years old High school diploma or GED Enjoyment of caring for or working with young children (6 weeks to 6 years old) Dependable and won't consistently call out Preferred, but not required: Massachusetts EEC Infant/Toddler or Preschool Teacher Certification Previous childcare, preschool, Montessori, nannying, paraprofessional, or classroom experience What You'll Do You'll work alongside our teaching team to create a safe, joyful, nurturing classroom environment; engage children in age-appropriate activities; assist with classroom routines; support children's independence and development; communicate professionally with teachers and families; change diapers, assist children to the playground, clean up after lunchtime, and help us maintain the exceptionally positive culture our schools are known for.
