What You'll Do Create and maintain a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom environment. Conduct daily learning activities using EEC-approved curriculum and age-appropriate strategies. Supervise and guide children through play, meals, rest time, and group activities. Communicate regularly with families and caregivers regarding children's progress and needs. Maintain classroom cleanliness, safety, and organization per licensing and accreditation standards. Support children with varying developmental needs through compassionate care and individualized attention. Who You Are High School Diploma or GED (required). Meets EEC qualifications for a Teacher's Aide or Assistant Group Leader. Current or ability to obtain CPR, First Aid, and Food Health Safety certifications within 3 months. Compassionate, patient, and adaptable in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. Flexible with work hours and assignments as needed by the Center Director. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. We Hire for HEART!
