Position Title:
Full-time Special Education Paraprofessional
Location:
Quaboag Regional Middle High School Report to: Building Principal/ Director for Student Support Services
Qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree or Pass Para-Pro Exam
  • Experience working with students with behavioral challenges (preferred)
  • Knowledge of effective instructional techniques and strategies
  • Appropriate oral & written communication skills
  • Ability to deal effectively with students and co-workers
Responsibilities:
  • Take direction from administrators, teachers, and BCBA
  • Implement behavior intervention plans and collect data with fidelity
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and material
  • Provide adequate supervision of students at all times
  • Provide instructional support to students
  • Other duties as assigned
Salary:
Per Para-Professional Bargaining Unit Contract
