Job Description
Position Title:
Full-time Special Education Paraprofessional
Location:
Quaboag Regional Middle High School
Report to: Building Principal/ Director for Student Support Services
Qualifications:
Associate's Degree or Pass Para-Pro Exam
Experience working with students with behavioral challenges (preferred)
Knowledge of effective instructional techniques and strategies
Appropriate oral & written communication skills
Ability to deal effectively with students and co-workers
Responsibilities:
Take direction from administrators, teachers, and BCBA
Implement behavior intervention plans and collect data with fidelity
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and material
Provide adequate supervision of students at all times
Provide instructional support to students
Other duties as assigned
Salary:
Per Para-Professional Bargaining Unit Contract
