This contract position begins ASAP and extends through the end of the school year, offering a chance to make a meaningful impact each day alongside talented educators. You'll play a key role in fostering a positive learning environment and helping students reach their potential.

Key Qualifications:

Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in an educational support role Familiarity with high school classroom settings, preferably inclusive environments Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patience, adaptability, and a passion for helping students succeed Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers and educational staff

Responsibilities:

Assist classroom teachers by providing direct support to students with diverse needs in an inclusion setting Help implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and accommodations as required Encourage student engagement and participation in classroom activities Provide redirection, behavioral support, and guidance to ensure a safe, welcoming environment Support students academically, socially, and emotionally throughout the school day Participate in team meetings and contribute insights regarding students progress
