Job Summary We are seeking energetic and passionate Lead & Assistant Teachers to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will inspire young learners through engaging curriculum development, nurturing classroom environments, and meaningful parent communication. You will play a vital part in fostering child development, ensuring safety, and creating a positive learning experience for every child. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that promotes literacy, math, physical education, and overall childhood development. Manage classroom activities to ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children of various ages, including toddlers and preschoolers. Support early intervention strategies and adapt teaching methods for children with special needs or requiring additional support. Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress, behavior, and developmental milestones to foster strong partnerships. Maintain accurate documentation of child progress, standardized testing results, and mandated reporting laws compliance. Lead classroom management efforts by implementing behavior management techniques that promote positive social interactions. Collaborate with team members to plan lessons that incorporate Montessori principles or other educational philosophies as appropriate. Skills Extensive experience working with children across early childhood stages, including toddler care and preschool teaching. Strong knowledge of curriculum development, childhood development theories, and classroom management strategies. Familiarity with special education practices, early intervention programs, and mandated reporting laws. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members. Ability to plan lessons that integrate literacy education, math concepts, physical activities, and standardized testing preparation. Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional certifications in childhood welfare or Montessori teaching are a plus. Proven experience in daycare or classroom settings with a focus on child welfare and behavior management. Pay:
$16.25 - $20.20 per hour
