Job Description

We are seeking an Assistant Teacher who is passionate about working with children, has a strong understanding of early childhood development, and is dedicated to creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment. This position requires someone who can effectively assist in curriculum development, manage behavior, provide care for all the children in the classroom. If you are enthusiastic, patient, and have a genuine love for working with young children, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities:
  • Provide support in managing classroom behavior and promoting a positive learning environment
  • Assist with the care and supervision of all the children in the classroom
  • Provide additional support to children with special needs
  • Collaborate with lead teachers to plan and execute daily activities and lessons
  • Maintain a clean and safe classroom environment
Skills:
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues
  • Patience and understanding when working with young children
  • Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
  • Experience or training in behavior management techniques for young children
Required Qualifications:
