KinderCare is seeking a PreK Assistant Teacher to support our WhiteMarsh learning center. In this role, you will help implement engaging, developmentally appropriate activities, nurture each child's social, emotional, and academic growth, and maintain a safe, inclusive classroom. Working closely with the lead teacher, you'll assist with lesson preparation, supervision, behavior guidance, and daily routines. Responsibilities Support lead teacher in implementing daily Pre K curriculum and activities. Supervise children to ensure safety, engagement, and positive behavior. Create a warm, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment. Assist with classroom setup, organization, and cleaning routines. Communicate effectively with staff and families as directed by the lead teacher. Monitor children's progress and share observations with the teaching team. Follow health, safety, and licensing regulations at all times. Participate in team meetings and ongoing training and development.
