Responsibilities:

• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in the daycare
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs
• Supervise and engage children in play, both indoors and outdoors
• Assist with feeding, diapering, and other basic care needs
• Observe and monitor children's behavior and development
• Maintain open and effective communication with parents/guardians
• Collaborate with other daycare staff to ensure a positive learning environment
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or similar setting
• Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
• Ability to manage behavior and create a positive learning environment
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• High school diploma or equivalent (some positions may require additional education or certifications)
