Desired Qualifications:

Active Ed Tech III Certification is required. Previous experience in a school setting, particularly as a Paraprofessional or Education Technician, is highly valued. Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving abilities. Flexibility and a collaborative mindset for working within a team-driven educational environment. A passion for making a positive impact while working one-on-one with students.

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide direct 1:1 academic and behavioral support to assigned student(s), following individualized education or behavior plans. Assist lead teachers with classroom management, activities, and lesson preparation. Foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere that supports student growth and independence. Collaborate with teachers and support staff to monitor and document student progress. Help facilitate communication between students and instructional staff for enhanced learning outcomes.
