This full-time contract opportunity as an Ed Tech offers the chance to work collaboratively in an engaging educational setting. Desired qualifications and experience:
Experience as a Paraprofessional, Educational Technician (Ed Tech), or Behavior Specialist preferred Ability to implement individualized behavioral and academic support strategies Familiarity with positive behavior interventions and supports (PBIS) Comfortable assisting students with life skills and personal care, as needed Strong communication skills for partnership with teachers, therapists, and families Adaptable, patient, and eager to learn Core responsibilities: Provide direct support to students in Life Skills and Behavior Program classrooms Aid in classroom management and reinforce behavior plans set by the teaching and specialist teams Assist with academic lessons, daily routines, and therapeutic activities Encourage students social, emotional, and educational development Foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment Document student progress and communicate observations to the instructional staff This role is ideally suited for energetic, compassionate professionals ready to make a positive impact on students educational journeys.
