Desired Experience and Skills:

Experience as a paraprofessional or in a support role within a behavioral or school setting Comfortable working with K-5th grade students in a group environment Understanding of behavioral interventions and strategies, or willingness to learn Strong communication skills for collaborating with educators, RBTs, and staff Compassion, patience, and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students Ability to follow individualized education and behavioral plans High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications are a plus

Responsibilities:
