1 year in a licensed center (Preferred) Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Planning and implementing a developmentally appropriate lesson plan and environment in line with the educational philosophy of Little Mitten and in accordance with the requirements of the State of Mi. Maintain daily communication with coworkers, outside educational services and parents to optimize an individual child's success in our program. Knowledge and ability to document each child's progression and daily learning in a portfolio Ability to perform many different forms of observations both for each child and for the classroom environment Knowledge of the benefits of free play, time in nature, and planning in the moment including child-led learning.
