This contract position is based in the Greenville, MI area and focuses on providing essential assistance to K-12th grade students in a supportive learning environment. The assignment runs from August 13, 2026, through June 4, 2027, with a consistent weekday schedule of 7.25 hours daily.

Key Qualifications:

Previous experience working with special education students is required Ability to communicate clearly with students, teachers, and team members Reliable, patient, and adaptable in a school setting Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and supporting a positive atmosphere

Responsibilities Include:

Supporting classroom teachers in delivering individualized instruction and accommodations Assisting students with both academic tasks and daily living skills as needed Providing positive behavior support and redirection when appropriate Helping facilitate classroom activities and inclusive participation for all students Carrying out individual education programs (IEPs) under guidance from licensed staff Collaborating with instructional staff and therapists to support student needs
