Responsibilities:

• Guide and oversee young children as they play and learn in a forest environment
• Provide early intervention and support for students with special needs or learning difficulties
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure children feel well cared for and appreciated
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all students in the classroom
• Maintain open communication with parents/guardians regarding student progress

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with children, preferably in a daycare, preschool, or kindergarten setting
• Knowledge of Reggio inspired, play-based, and outdoor education
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with young children
• Ability to create a positive and nurturing learning environment
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
