Job Description

Lead and Assistant Teachers Bonus of $300.00 AFTER
THREE MONTHS OF FULL TIME EMPLOYMENT
Child Care Center Hiring:
Lead/Assistant Teachers:
FULL TIME and
PART-TIME CHILDCARE TEACHERS
We are looking for smiling, energetic, nurturing, and fun individuals who love working with children! Students in the Early Childhood Education can get your experience, we work with College Schedules! We are also part of the TEACH program that offers help paying for college if you are pursuing a career in education. Lead Teachers Lead Caregiver Qualifications. The lead caregiver shall have the following qualifications: Be at least 19 years of age. Must meet 1 of the following
State Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree/ in early childhood education Associate's Degree/in early childhood education Montessori Credential with 480 Hours of Experience in a child related field Child Development Associate Credential (CDA) with 480 Hours of Experience High school diploma/GED with 12 semester hours and 960 hours of work experience in a child related field A combination of 12 semester hours and/or 18 CEUs to equal 180 clock hours and 1920 hours of work experience in a child related field. Lead Caregiver Responsibilities. (4) The lead caregiver shall be responsible for both of the following: (a) Overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the classroom program and child assessment. (b) Overseeing caregiving staff for a specific group of children and overall care and supervision of children. Assistant Teachers 18 years or older High school diploma/GED or Higher Education Experience in a Childcare Center helpful but we are willing to train and provide additional education in Early Childhood. Lead and Assistants:
Employee must be capable of performing physical demands of the job, including but not limited to lifting, bending, stooping, squatting, and standing for long periods of time. This is not an exhaustive lift of all duties and responsibilities. Administration reserves the right to amend the change responsibilities to meet business and organizational needs as necessary.

Hourly:
Depends on work experience and education in early childhood. Krambrooke is willing to help with education and training in early childhood. Health insurance is offered after 90 days for full time employees at a discounted rate. Krambrooke will pay 50% of your monthly premium payment.
