What You'll Do Support the Lead Teacher in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment. Assist with play-based learning activities, classroom routines, and hands-on experiences. Help children develop social skills, independence, and positive relationships. Supervise children during classroom activities, outdoor play, and transitions. Assist with classroom setup, cleanup, and maintaining a clean, organized space. Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow teachers. Follow all health, safety, and Minnesota childcare licensing requirements. What We're Looking For A caring, patient, and enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with preschool-aged children. Someone who is dependable, flexible, and a team player. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude. Coursework in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Elementary Education, or a related field Previous experience working with young children in a preschool or child care setting A high school diploma or GED.
