9684974-65084 Job Description Empower students to succeed by providing critical support as a Paraprofessional/RBT in a full-time contract role near Versailles, MO. As a key member of the educational team, youll work 1:1 with students facing complex behavioral challenges, helping them access their education and develop essential life skills.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

Previous experience as a paraprofessional, RBT, or in a similar educational support role Strong background in pediatric behavioral support, preferably with students who have significant needs Familiarity with behavior intervention plans and reinforcement strategies Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, therapists, and parents Relevant certification as a Paraprofessional or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) preferred Ability to maintain professionalism and discretion at all times

Responsibilities:
