This onsite paraprofessional position offers the chance to make a daily impact, starting as soon as possible and continuing through the full school year. Youll work closely with a student in a 1:1 capacity alongside a nurse for part of the day and then transition into a high needs classroom environment, contributing to a supportive and inclusive learning atmosphere. Schedule details include a consistent Monday through Friday workday, from 7:45 am to 3:00 pm, with a 30-minute lunch break.

Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Experience as a paraprofessional or in a school setting is highly valued Comfortable working 1:1 with students who have significant needs Flexible, adaptable, and patient in high needs classroom environments Ability to collaborate with nurses, teachers, and school staff Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to maintaining student dignity and respecting confidentiality

Primary Responsibilities:
