What You'll Do:
Create and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans . Foster a safe, nurturing, and positive learning environment for young children. Communicate with parents and caregivers to provide insight into their child's growth and development. Observe, assess, and document children's learning milestones. Collaborate with a team of educators to ensure a high-quality early childhood education experience. Support children with diverse learning needs and implement behavior guidance strategies.
What We're Looking For:
Must be 18+ years old with a high school diploma or
GED. EDU 119
(Intro to Early Childhood Education) is required. However, if you have not yet completed the course, we are happy to discuss options for enrollment.
